REAF’s founders, the late Barbara Richmond and Peggy Ermet, envisioned a world without AIDS when they created this agency. REAF’s focus has always been, and continues to be, to support AIDS services until there is a cure. With recent advancements in HIV treatments and promising research for a cure however, we feel the time is right to expand our focus areas of what we support and capitalize on our 20 year history of successful fundraising through quality entertainment events. The two areas that we feel we can have the greatest impact on at a local level are programs that provide food for the needy and programs that support homeless, disadvantaged and disenfranchised youth. Bay Area food and nutrition programs can barely keep up with the growing demand for services. Home bound seniors, poor and critically ill populations continue to grow in the Bay Area and the need for food programs grows as well. The Bay Area’s homeless and underserved youth population also continues to grow and programs that support, inspire and assist them are vital in helping them become productive members of our community.

silent & live auctions

Our year-long sponsors to date

corporate sponsorship

Corporate Sponsorships help underwrite the cost of producing our events and help ensure that 100% of ticket sales and other event revenue continue to go directly to the beneficiary agencies of those events. Sponsors receive a wide range of benefits including tickets to benefit concerts for employees or clients, complimentary ads in gala programs, logo display in programs, invitations, email promotions and on our website and other benefits as detailed in the enclosed proposal.

All REAF events feature live and/or silent auctions to help offset the costs of productions and increase revenue to our beneficiary partners. Donors to our auctions receive recognition on our event website as well as onsite in the auction and in the auction handout at the gala. Live auction donations are also promoted from the stage during the auction as well as special promotions through social media. To make a donation to one of our live or silent auction packages, email us at auctions@richmondermet.org or click the link below to download a donation form.
